SERVICE TERMS
Vitamin D Gummies Source Terms of Service
These terms describe an independent sourcing coordination service for business procurement inquiries.
1. Service role
Vitamin D Gummies Source helps business buyers organize product requirements, contact potential suppliers and compare information supplied in response. We do not make, brand, prescribe, test, certify, regulate, distribute or sell the products shown as inquiry options, and we do not represent any product maker.
2. Buyer responsibility
You are responsible for the completeness of your brief and for evaluating formulation, ingredient, serving, warning, label, intellectual-property, document, supplier, payment, logistics and destination-market requirements. Obtain appropriate legal, regulatory, laboratory, tax, customs, insurance and medical advice for your program. Our content is procurement information, not individualized health guidance or evidence of a health outcome.
3. Supplier information
Availability, minimum order, samples, formulation, packaging, pricing, testing scope, documents, timing and freight are confirmed by each potential supplier for the exact proposed product. Public references and directory labels are not proof of inventory, authorization, certification or suitability. Buyers should independently verify claims and bind evidence to the production party, product, market and revision under review.
4. Quotations and transactions
A quotation may change when specifications, quantities, currency, packaging, testing, freight, duties, destination or timing changes. “Up to 3%” describes a conditional support benefit for qualified business buyers and is not a guaranteed price reduction, lowest-price promise or product discount. Eligibility is confirmed after review of the product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful or confidential information you are not authorized to share. You may not use our pages as a certification, prescription, endorsement or guarantee. We may decline inquiries outside the stated service scope.
6. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, sourcing coordination is provided without a guarantee that a candidate will quote, meet the brief, pass review, deliver on time or produce a particular commercial or health outcome. Final agreements are between the relevant contracting parties.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Use the contact form for questions about a current sourcing request and identify the relevant brief or quotation revision.
